Northmarq secures $44 million construction loan for 23rd & Swift in Kansas City, Missouri

ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI (February 17, 2022) – David Garfinkel, managing director of NorthMarq’s St. Louis office completed a $44 million construction loan for 23rd & Swift. The 294-unit multifamily property will be located at 2300 Swift Street in Kansas City, Missouri. The transaction was structured with a 5-year term. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship with a regional bank.
