Noah Kenoyer

Noah Kenoyer is an associate in Northmarq’s Los Angeles office. Noah specializes in sale-leaseback advisory as a capital allocation tool for owner-operators, private equity firms and investment banks. Kenoyer is often engaged during M&A transactions to monetize real estate in coordination with the business sale. He also functions as an investment sales advisor in the acquisition and disposition of net leased assets.

Noah attained his Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of California – Santa Cruz.
