NorthMarq’s Loan Servicing department presents two annual awards to employees who distinguish themselves through their character and accomplishments. Recipients are selected by the Servicing Leadership Team through peer nominations.
“We have a lot of great people in Servicing who are doing really good work every day,” said Bert Libke, managing director – Servicing. “These awards are an opportunity to recognize the outstanding contributions of individuals whose dedication and professionalism raise the bar that much higher for all of us. Both of this year’s recipients have demonstrated a commitment to excellence in both their work and in their character, and I’m excited to see what the future holds for them and for our team.”
Karen Pribnow Award for Outstanding Leadership: Elle Videen
The Karen Pribnow Award for Outstanding Leadership, named in honor of NorthMarq’s former loan servicing director, is given annually to a Servicing leader who exhibits the key company character traits of honor, competence, commitment, and customer service focus and promotes, mentors, and coaches these traits in others. Loan Portfolio Manager Elle Videen was selected as the recipient of this year’s award. Elle’s nomination highlighted her invaluable role in the company opening a new Servicing office in Dallas. She relocated from Minneapolis and started the Servicing operation as a one-person team that she has now grown to include seven people in less than four months. She has created a group with a reputation for high standards and has successfully balanced recruiting, training, and mentoring her team with her own workload and the development of a new servicing technology platform. Elle is also known for building strong, respectful relationships with leadership, peers, and customers while always seeking the best outcomes. Her dedication to providing outstanding customer service has won over the toughest of critics and garnered praise from even the most demanding lenders.
Excellence in Servicing Award: Jeremiah Singleton
The Excellence in Servicing Award is given to a member of the Servicing team who demonstrates high levels of customer service, teamwork and collaboration, self-development, and results-driven achievement. Jeremiah Singleton, Loan Portfolio asset manager, received this year’s award in recognition of his team-focused approach, attention to detail on the servicing technology project, and his consistently positive attitude. Jeremiah has become “a leader among leaders” on the company’s Servicing Council while continuing to provide exceptional customer service for the Freddie Mac portfolio. He has played a crucial role in training new team members, ensuring that each person’s training is thorough, consistent, and timely. His commitment to developing the next generation of analysts and department leaders has made him a vital and trusted resource for peers and managers alike.
