NorthMarq Capital arranged $19.955 million mortgage for Wyndham Park Apartments in Beaverton, Oregon

PHOENIX – NorthMarq Capital’s Phoenix Regional office arranged acquisition financing of $19.955 million for Wyndham Park Apartments, a 288-unit market-rate multifamily community located in Beaverton, Oregon. Financing was based on a 10-year term with 2 years interest only followed by a 30-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged this financing for the borrower, Kl-Wyndham Park, LLC, through its seller-servicer relationship with Freddie Mac.
