SALT LAKE CITY (AUGUST 3, 2018) – NorthMarq Capital’s Salt Lake City regional office arranged refinancing of $31,000,000 for Vista 8 single tenant office consisting of 155,000 sq. ft. located at 12798 Frontrunner Boulevard, Draper, Utah. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship with a CMBS lender.
