DENVER (March 28, 2013) - John M. Stewart, senior vice president; and Ilan Reissner, investment analyst of NorthMarq’s Denver regional office, arranged financing of $12.4 million for Vantage Park Apartments located at 1011 E. Terrace Street in Seattle, Washington. Constructed in 2000, the community consists of 91 units in two, five and six-story residential buildings. Property amenities feature controlled access and garage parking with keyless entry, as well as a fitness room, social lounge and BBQ area. All of the units have washer/dryers, oversized windows and designer kitchens with microwaves. The property was purchased by an affiliate of Security Properties and one of their institutional partners.
