NorthMarq Capital’s Atlanta office secures financing for University of West Georgia Student Housing in Carrollton, Georgia

ATLANTA (March 14, 2016) – Johnny Rankin, vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Atlanta based regional office arranged financing for a 220-unit University of West Georgia student housing property located at 3000 Brumbelow Road in Carrollton, Georgia. The transaction was structured with a 5-year term with 3-year interest only followed by a 30-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship with a regional bank.

“A regional bank provided an attractive structure and loan terms for the construction of Phase 2 of a 3 Phase student housing property adjacent to the University of West Georgia,” noted Rankin.
