NorthMarq Capital’s Cincinnati office arranges acquisition financing of $2.25 million for Trask Plaza in Mentor, Ohio

CINCINNATI (October 11, 2018) – Susan Branscome, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s Cincinnati regional office, secured acquisition financing of $2.25 million for Trask Plaza, a 23,091 sq. ft. retail property located at 9560-9582 Diamond Drive in Mentor, Ohio. The transaction was structured with a 10-year term on a 25-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower, Carnegie Companies, through its correspondent relationship with a life insurance company.
