OMAHA, NEBRASKA (September 20, 2019) – NorthMarq secured the $23,052,000 refinance of The ZAG Apartments. The property is located at 5110 Mayberry Street in Omaha, Nebraska.

- 10-year term (with 3-years interest only)
- 30-year amortization schedule
- Permanent-fixed nonrecourse loan
- Pre-stabilized funding
- NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its in-house Fannie Mae team
