PHOENIX – NorthMarq Capital’s Phoenix regional office, arranged first mortgage refinancing of $8.94 million for The Vineyards Apartments, a 300-unit, market-rate suburban multifamily property located in Glendale, Arizona. Financing was based on a 7-year term and a 30-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged this financing for the borrower, Vineyard/Phoenix Investments, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, through its relationship with a local bank.
