SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH (December 11, 2019) – John Bradshaw, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq’s Salt Lake City-based regional office arranged the $34.05 million refinance of The Meridian. The multifamily property is located at 30 North Orange Street in Salt Lake City, Utah. NorthMarq arranged the permanent-fixed loan for the borrower through its in-house Fannie Mae team. The property contains 263 units.
