NorthMarq Capital arranges $2.3 million mortgage for Sun Valley Plaza in Mesa, Arizona

PHOENIX – James DuMars, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq Capital's Phoenix regional office, arranged first mortgage refinancing of $2.3 million for Sun Valley Plaza, a 94,094 sq. ft. retail center. The property is located at 7246-7340 E. Main Street in Mesa, Arizona (Main Street and ½ mile east of Power Road and ½ mile west of Sossaman Road). Main Street Antique Mall, Denim & Diamonds, and Wild West Mercantile are major tenants at the site. Financing was based on a 7-year term and a 25-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged this financing for the borrower through its relationship with a local bank.
