NorthMarq Capital negotiates $5 million refinance of Stonegate Apartments in Cedar Rapids, Iowa

OMAHA (June 16, 2015) – Jason Kinnison, senior vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Omaha based regional office finalized the $5 million refinance of Stonegate Apartments, a 108-unit multifamily property located at 4200 Armar Drive SE in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its correspondent relationship with a life insurance company.
