NorthMarq Capital arranged $5.021 million mortgage for Spring Tree Apartments in Omaha

OMAHA (September 3, 2013) – John Bendon, senior vice president and managing director of NorthMarq’s Omaha-based regional office, arranged first mortgage refinancing of $5.021 million for Spring Tree Apartments, a 120-unit market-rate Class A multifamily property located at 3056 South 60th Street in Omaha, Nebraska. Financing was based on a 10-year term and a 30-year amortization schedule and was arranged for the borrower by NorthMarq through its seller-servicer relationship with Freddie Mac. “This was the 39th loan completed between Freddie Mac and the sponsors,” Bendon said.
