NorthMarq’s Austin office completes $4.8 million refinance of Presidio I in Cedar Park, Texas

AUSTIN, TEXAS (September 3, 2020) – John Morran, managing director of NorthMarq’s Austin office arranged the $4.8 million refinance of Presidio I. The 25,409 sq. ft. office property is located at 11900 West Parmer Lane in Cedar Park, Texas. The transaction was structured with a 7-year term on a 25-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship with a credit union.
