NorthMarq arranges sale of 16 units in prime walkable Bankers Hill submarket of San Diego

SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA (June 21, 2021) – The San Diego Investment Sales team consisting of Erik Anderson and Kyle Pinkalla, arranged the $3.85 million sale of the 16-unit multifamily property located at 2003 3rd Avenue in San Diego, California within the upscale, urban Bankers Hill submarket. Anderson and Pinkalla represented both the buyer and seller in this transaction. 

“This property offers the new owner the ability to immediately renovate and upgrade a charming property sitting in a prime area of Bankers Hill” said Anderson. “With most of the units vacant, upgrades can begin immediately, and will offer tenants a boutique luxury living experience." 

Both the buyer and seller in the transaction are undisclosed.
