(February 25, 2016) – Gary McGlynn, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s Washington, D.C. based regional office, arranged permanent financing of $10 million for MacArthur Plaza, a 41,795 sq. ft. mixed-use retail/office development located in the desirable Cabin John neighborhood of Montgomery County, Maryland.
