LOS ANGELES (August 28, 2013) – Michael Elmore and Ory Schwartz of NorthMarq’s Los Angeles regional office arranged first mortgage refinancing of $5 million for Landmark Plaza, a 27,563 sq. ft. shadow anchored retail center located in Huntington Beach, California. Von’s is the shadow anchor at the site. Financing was based on a 20-year term and a 20-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged this financing for the borrower through its relationship with a correspondent life company lender.
