NorthMarq Capital’s Dallas office arranges a quick close loan for land acquisition in Frisco, Texas

DALLAS – (May 12, 2015) Paul C. Brighton, senior vice president/senior director of NorthMarq Capital’s Dallas based regional office arranged acquisition financing for 10 acres of land in close proximity to Toyota Stadium (the home of FC Dallas, a Major League Soccer franchise) in Frisco, Texas. The transaction, which featured a quick close, was structured with a 2-year term with 2-years interest only. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship with a local bank.
