NorthMarq Capital finalizes $34.594 million refinance of Lakeside Terrace Apartments in Sterling Heights, Michigan

CHARLOTTE (January 15, 2015) – Bill Matone, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s Charlotte based regional office secured the $34.594 million refinance of Lakeside Terrace Apartments, a 438-unit multifamily property located in Sterling Heights, Michigan. The transaction was structured with a 10-year term and 30-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its Seller/Servicer relationship with Freddie Mac.
