NorthMarq Capital's Cincinnati office arranges $2.6 million refinance for Kedrion Biopharma in Rock Hill, South Carolina

CINCINNATI (June 21, 2016) – Susan Branscome, senior vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Cincinnati-based regional office, arranged refinancing of $2,600,000 for Kedrion Biopharma, a 13,000 sq. ft. medical property located at 1843 Cherry Road, Rock Hill, South Carolina. The transaction was structured with a 20-year term, 20-year amortization schedule and financed by Symetra Financial. KEDplasma represents the property’s major tenant. “Susan Branscome and her team met our financing goals and closed the deal.
