NorthMarq Capital arranges acquisition financing of $10.5 million for KBI Biopharma in Durham, North Carolina

MIAMI (October 5, 2014) – Jeff Robertson, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s Miami office arranged acquisition finaning of $10.5 million for KBI Biopharma, a property with five flex-industrial buildings containing a combined 341,298 sq.ft. The property is located at 1101 Hamlin Road in Durham, North Carolina. The transaction was structured with a 3-year term and 25-year amortization schedule and was arranged by NorthMarq for the borrower through its relationship with a regional bank.
