CINCINNATI, OHIO (November 15, 2019) – Noah Juran, senior vice president of NorthMarq’s Cincinnati-based regional office arranged the $1.7 million refinance of South Brown School Road Industrial. The property is located at 1295 South Brown School Road in Vandalia, Ohio.

- NorthMarq arranged the permanent-fixed loan for the borrower through its correspondent relationship with a life insurance company.
