NorthMarq Capital arranges acquisition financing for industrial property located in Phoenix, Arizona

PHOENIX – NorthMarq Capital’s Phoenix regional office arranged acquisition financing for a 71,590 sq. ft. industrial property located at 1111 W. Maricopa Freeway in Phoenix, Arizona. The transaction was structured with a 10-year term and 30-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship with a local bank.
