NorthMarq Capital’s Cincinnati office provides financing with a loan for an industrial property in Lexington, Kentucky

CINCINNATI (June 16, 2015) – Susan Branscome, managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s Cincinnati office completed the $2.8 million refinance of Lexington Industrial, a 130,700 sq.ft. property located at 501, 551, 575A and 575B Horton Court in Lexington, Kentucky. The transaction was structured with a 10-year term and 25-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its correspondent relationship with a life insurance company.
