CINCINNATI (July 28, 2015) – Susan Branscome, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s Cincinnati based regional office negotiated financing for a construction loan of $4.8 million for Horter Investment National Headquarters, a 26,069 sq.ft. property located at 11726 Seven Gables Road in Cincinnati, Ohio. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship with a national bank. The single tenant property’s exclusive tenant is Horter Investment Management, LLC.
