NorthMarq Capital arranged $8.7 million mortgage for Hendrix Crossing in Lexington, South Carolina

RALEIGH (August 14, 2013) – Todd Crouse, senior vice president and senior director of NorthMarq’s Raleigh regional office, arranged acquisition financing of $8.7 million for Hendrix Crossing, a 61,712 sq. ft. grocery anchored shopping center located at the intersection of Charter Oaks Road and U. S. Highway 378 in Lexington, South Carolina. Publix is the major tenant at the site. Financing was based on a 15-year term and a 20-year amortization schedule. The loan was arranged for the borrower by NorthMarq through its relationship with a correspondent life company lender.
