DENVER (April 2, 2014) – John M. Stewart, senior vice president and Ilan Reissner, senior investment analyst of NorthMarq Capital’s Denver based regional office arranged the $1,462,000 refinancing of Gateway Park Shopping Center, an 8,000 sq.ft. retail property located at 16495 E. 40th Circle, Aurora, Colorado. The transaction was structured with a 10-year term and 25-year amortization schedule. Built in 2003, the center is 100% leased and occupied by Einstein’s Bagels and Ted’s Montana Grill, which is the top grossing Ted’s nationwide.
