NorthMarq’s Newport Beach office secures $16 million refinance of Deer Creek Apartments in Spokane, Washington

NEWPORT BEACH, CALIFORNIA (June 10, 2021) – Scott Botsford, vice president of NorthMarq’s Newport Beach office, negotiated the $16 million refinance of Deer Creek Apartments. The 272,781 sq. ft./156-unit multifamily property is located in Spokane, Washington. The transaction was structured with a 10-year term with 6-years of interest only followed by a 30-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq finalized the permanent-fixed loan for the borrower through its in-house Fannie Mae team.
