NorthMarq negotiates acquisition financing of $8,645,000 for Deep Run Centre I & II in Richmond, Virginia

RICHMOND, VIRGINIA (July 20, 2021) – Keith Wells, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq’s Richmond office completed acquisition financing of $8,645,000 for Deep Run Centre I & II. The 87,520 sq. ft. retail property is located at 3981 Deep Rock Road in Richmond, Virginia. The transaction was structured with a 10-year term. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its correspondent relationship with a life company lender.
