NorthMarq’s Austin office arranges $2.35 million in acquisition financing for Conroe Plaza in Conroe, Texas

AUSTIN, TEXAS (April 9, 2020) – Chase Johnson, vice president of NorthMarq’s Austin office, secured acquisition financing of $2.25 million for Conroe Plaza. The 9,440 sq. ft. retail property is located at 3846 West Davis Street in Conroe, Texas (Houston MSA). NorthMarq arranged the permanent-fixed loan for the borrower through its correspondent relationship with a life insurance company. Tenants include a fitness center, a dentist office, a beauty salon and an AT&T retail store.
