Will James of NorthMarq’s Atlanta office arranges $37.5 million construction loan for Castleberry Park mixed-use property

ATLANTA, GEORGIA (January 31, 2019) –   Will James, vice president of NorthMarq’s Atlanta office, arranged the construction financing for the hotel component of the $87 million Castleberry Park, a mixed-use project located at 89 Centennial Olympic Park Drive in Atlanta, Georgia. The $37,500,000 hotel construction loan will facilitate the construction of the Reverb Hotel that is already underway and expected to open for the NCAA final four basketball tournament in April 2020. The Reverb Hotel is a new limited service brand by Hard Rock Hotels launching in 2019 and 2020. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower, Bolton Atlanta, LP through its relationship with Hall Structured Finance.

“Choosing the right lender for the hotel component was a careful decision given the two development uses, two general contractors and already being under construction,” says James. “The Castleberry Park mixed-use project will be a great success being a bridge between The Gulch and the Mercedes Benz stadium.”
