Northmarq completes $14 million refinance of Wilshire Carson Medical Building in Beverly Hills, California

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA (October 21, 2021) – Ory Schwartz, senior vice president/managing director of Northmarq’s Los Angeles office, negotiated the $14 million refinance of Wilshire Carson Medical Building. The 54,388 sq. ft. class A- medical office building (built in 1987) is located at 8641 Wilshire Boulevard in Beverly Hills, California. The transaction was structured with a 10-year term on a 30-year amortization schedule. Northmarq secured the permanent-fixed loan for the borrower through its correspondent relationship with a life insurance company.
