DENVER (May 8, 2013) – NorthMarq’s Denver regional office arranged a refinancing of $15 million for Braker Center 6, 7 and 11 encompassing three office/flex buildings totaling 218,301 sq. ft. Constructed in 1982/1983, the buildings are situated at 11100 & 1212 Metric Boulevard and 2205-2229 W. Braker Lane in Austin, Texas. Over the years, the buildings have been extensively remodeled and are now 85-90% built out as office space. Steve Bye, Executive Vice President and Senior Managing Director; Dale Stewart, Vice President; and Dan Lucchesi, Investment Analyst, arranged the financing for the borrower.
