NorthMarq’s Houston office arranges refinance of Baypark Industrial Property in Pasadena, Texas

HOUSTON, TEXAS (October 5, 2021) – John Burke, managing director of NorthMarq’s Houston office, completed the refinancing of the Baypark Industrial Property. The 318,606 sq. ft. class A, single tenant industrial property is located at 13103 Bay Park Road 2 in Pasadena, Texas. The transaction was structured with a fully-amortizing 10-year term. NorthMarq arranged the permanent-fixed loan for the borrower through its correspondent relationship with a life insurance company.
