NorthMarq Capital negotiates $3,500,000 refinance of 34th Street Plaza in Gainesville, Florida

MIAMI (April 15, 2016) – Jeff Robertson, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s Miami-based regional office arranged the $3.5 million refinance of 34th Street Plaza, a 34,810 sq. ft. retail property located in Gainesville, Florida. The transaction was structured with a 10-year term and 30-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its correspondent relationship with a life insurance company.
