NorthMarq tops MBA’s ranking of top servicers for life companies

NorthMarq Capital was ranked No. 1 in number of loans serviced and No. 2 in overall loan volume for life insurance company servicing, as reported by the Mortgage Bankers Association. NorthMarq handled 3,500 loans valued at $25.4 billion in 2017. The MBA’s annual survey of commercial real estate mortgage servicers is released twice a year, ranking the servicing volume and number of loans serviced by each of the commercial real estate mortgage banking firms.
