Andy’s diverse equity experience ranges from Summer Street Advisors where he was managing director with responsibility for CRE principal investment in debt and equity, CRE capital markets, structured finance, and equity capital raising with institutional and private investors to TH Henderson (Nuveen) where he supported the $15 B of CRE Managed Accounts business, overseeing client investments in private CRE debt and equity. He also spent 12 years with Lehman Brothers, where he focused on CRE structured finance deal originations of more than $4 billion with some of the firm’s most important clients.
