The semi-annual occasion of putting together a newsletter for our valued customers is always rewarding as it provides an opportunity to reflect on what is going on in the industry, what has been impactful to NorthMarq since the last newsletter, and where are we headed. So often it seems like we all come to work and one day is so much like the others before it, but the process of publishing a newsletter brings welcome perspective as it brings together all the elements that make for a fulfilling career. For me that comes down to working with great people in a dynamic industry to grapple with business challenges in a way that meets the needs of our customers.
Every article in this edition of the NorthMarq Servicing News either spotlights some of our terrific team members (Jeff Davis article), highlights a team member’s strengths as they write about an area of expertise (Ryan’s article), features leaders being developed (Servicing Council) or transitioning (CareerMarq), or celebrates our team members being recognized for superior customer service (All-Stars).
It is my hope that these insights into NorthMarq will connect us with our customers in a way that produces more positive results as we strive to provide the best possible service.
