Mike Myers retires after 33 years with NorthMarq

MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA (March 16, 2020) – Chief Operating Officer Mike Myers will retire at the end of March after 33 years leading NorthMarq’s administrative and loan servicing functions. Myers’ duties transitioned to Travis Krueger, the company’s chief administrative officer, during the past six months.

Myers joined NorthMarq in 1987, when the company had 49 employees, five offices mostly in the Midwest, and a loan servicing portfolio of $1 billion with 564 loans. He is a Certified Public Accountant and during his career, gained responsibility for all administrative, loan servicing operations, and financial areas of the company. Before joining NorthMarq, he was chief financial and investment officer of the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency and a senior audit manager with KPMG Peat Marwick. Myers is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota, with a B.A. degree in Business Administration.
