The discussion focused on the current “Covid Market;” upcoming forecasts; the reliability of agency lenders such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA/HUD; and the reemergence of life company lenders. “But other debt platforms, such as CMBS, remain very locked up right now and not a viable source. So we need those groups to get back into the market in a competitive way before you can start to see any level of normalcy,” said Franke.
