DALLAS, TEXAS (October 16, 2022) – ConnectCRE recently recognized Lauren Bresky, senior vice president/managing director of Northmarq’s Dallas debt/equity office, as a recipient of its Women in Real Estate award. Bresky was selected from hundreds of submissions for her involvement in closing more than $5 billion in debt/equity financing, and her leadership of the Dallas office, a consistent top ten performing office for the company.
Recent highlights include securing debt and equity financing for a 1,012-unit property in Phoenix, the second-largest single asset multifamily sale in Arizona history, and debt and equity financing for a 2000-built, 366-unit, value-add apartment complex located in North Las Vegas.
