Phillip Askew

Phillip Askew has more than four decades of mortgage banking experience, with the last 20 years being at Northmarq. He has been responsible for over $18 billion of debt and equity placements. Life companies, pensions and credit companies are the primary investors. 

Phillip has completed deals with in excess of 40 capital sources both on existing and to-be-built properties, as well as structured financing. In most recent years, his expertise has been in structuring joint ventures between income property owners and institutional investors. 

Phillip graduated from Oklahoma State University with BBA degree in finance and received his MBA from Southern Methodist University.
