Lena Nepryntseva is a vice president in Northmarq's South Florida office where she joined in 2022. During her tenure as a HUD-approved MAP underwriter, Lena underwrote over $900 million in HUD loans under various programs ranging from market-rate to affordable, from refinances to new construction and sub rehab projects. Her expertise allows clients a seamless navigation experience through the HUD loan process from start to closing. 

Lena holds a law degree from her home country, Ukraine.
