About
Justin joined Northmarq’s Tampa office as an Investment Analyst in 2019. He is responsible for underwriting and assisting producers in originating and closing commercial real estate loans.
Prior to joining Northmarq, Justin spent time interning in corporate real estate at Liberty Mutual where he assisted a $10 million office redevelopment and led the decommissioning of 40,000 sq. ft. of excess Class A office space. He started in the commercial real estate industry in 2016 in multifamily operations.
Justin is currently an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Justin holds Bachelor’s degrees in Real Estate and Finance from Florida State University.
