Hollan Hensley

As Vice President of Northmarq’s Houston office, Hollan is responsible for the origination, underwriting, marketing and closing of debt and equity transactions. Hollan helps clients fulfill their commercial and multifamily capital needs by providing debt and equity solutions through Northmarq’s preferred life insurance correspondents, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, Wall Street conduits, debt funds, banks, credit unions and other prominent capital sources.

Since joining Northmarq in 2015, Hollan has played an integral role in the underwriting and closing of more than $1.4 billion in debt and equity transactions. Hollan has capitalized a broad range of property types including multifamily, retail, office, industrial, manufactured housing, mixed-use and land. Transaction experience includes the structuring and implementation of permanent debt financing, bridge financing, mezzanine debt and equity joint ventures.

Hollan served on Northmarq’s Analyst Council for multiple years and was awarded Northmarq’s “Analyst of the Year” award in 2022. In addition to her responsibilities at Northmarq, Hollan is an active member of NAIOP, ULI and CCIM. Hollan graduated with High Honors from the University of Texas at Austin, where she received a Bachelor of Science in communication.
