Current Responsibilities: 
Christina Grimme serves in Northmarq’s Cincinnati regional office as a vice president. She is responsible for the origination of debt and equity financing for all types of commercial real estate assets, including multifamily, hospitality, retail, office and industrial properties. Christina is well connected with national, regional, and local funding sources including, but not limited to, agency lenders (e.g. Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), commercial banks, CMBS lenders, life insurance companies, private and public funds and bridge lenders. 

Prior to Northmarq, Christina was an associate at Cushman & Wakefield and vice president at JLL in Denver, Colorado, where she was directly involved with the production of over $1.15 billion in debt and equity financing transactions. Prior to her role as an vice president at JLL, Christina served as a senior financial analyst on the corporate finance team where she was involved in strategic planning and budgeting from the company. 

Christina is an active member of NAIOP and participates in the Developing Leaders Program. She has also been an active member in both Cushman and Wakefield and JLL’s Women’s Networks. Christina has her Colorado associate real estate broker license. 

Christina graduated cum laude with her Bachelor of Science in finance from Miami University.
