Lona Boote

Lona Boote, loan operations supervisor currently oversees a team of loan operations specialists and analysts with primary responsibility for new loan setup, cash processing and satisfactions. Lona joined NorthMarq in 2001 and served as a loan portfolio specialist beginning in 2004. She was named Team Lead in 2007 at which time she took on the role of monitoring work volume, assigning portfolios and training new employees for inspection coordination and review, financial analyses and satisfactions. She was promoted to loan portfolio administration supervisor in 2011.
