Bill Libercci serves as senior vice president/senior director in Northmarq's Baltimore regional office. He’s responsible for generating mortgage loan financings, structuring equity investments and consulting on a wide array of commercial real estate investment opportunities. Bill has completed transactions in all commercial real estate property types including specialty uses such as marinas, golf courses, parking facilities and non-real estate collateral. 

Bill joined Northmarq in September 2003 when Northmarq acquired the mortgage banking division of Legg Mason Real Estate Services (LMRES) where he was employed since 1996. Bill holds a Maryland Real Estate Broker license and a Maryland State Certified General Appraiser license. He has served on the Commercial Committee of the Maryland Mortgage Bankers Association and has served on the Servicing Committee at Northmarq Capital. Bill received a M.S. degree in finance and a B.S. degree in finance cum laude from the University of Baltimore. He has also completed all the coursework required for MAI designation. 

Bill has been involved with numerous real estate finance and investment seminars for commercial real estate industry groups, banks, law firms, commercial real estate brokerage firms and private equity firms.
