Kevin Mosher

Kevin Mosher is an associate of Multifamily Investment Sales based in Northmarq's Tampa, Florida office. His responsibilities include assisting the team with multifamily acquisitions, dispositions, opinions of value and market insights in the Tampa and Southwest Florida areas.  

Kevin has been involved in the commercial real estate industry since 2016. Prior to Northmarq, he served as an officer and commercial real analyst for First Merchants Bank in Indianapolis, Indiana. Since joining the industry, he has underwritten commercial real estate transactions totaling more than $500 million in multifamily and other commercial real estate asset classes and was responsible for managing the organization’s most comprehensive clients. 

Kevin is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and has been involved with Habitat for Humanity in Indianapolis. 

Kevin graduated from Florida State University in 2016 where he holds bachelor’s degrees in both finance and entrepreneurship.
